Workout of the Day:
"Nicole"
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 400m
Pull-Ups, max reps

Trainer's corner: Start with a 400m run. Your pull-ups terminate when you hit the ground, or if you're using a band, when your chin cannot get over the bar. The 400m run is the "penalty" for dropping from the bar. The object of the workout is to see how many total reps of pull-ups you can complete in 20 minutes.
