MJ - Practicing her 1-legged squats

"CF Open 11.2"
As many rounds as possible for 15 minutes:

155 lbs. Deadlift, 9 reps
Push-Ups (Games-style), 12 reps
24" Box Jumps, 15 reps

Trainer's corner: This is the second workout of the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Open. On the push-ups, your chest has to touch the ground and you must release your hands from the ground briefly in the bottom of the push-up before pushing back up. For the Box Jump, both feet must land entirely on the box, not just the front portion of your foot and you must stand to complete extension.
