Corey Lewis - CF Open 11.5 workout

"CF Open 11.6"
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

3 Thrusters
3 Pull-Ups
6 Thrusters
6 Pull-Ups
9 Thrusters
9 pull-Ups....and so on until 7 minutes is complete. Follow the pattern!!

Trainer's corner: All pull-ups are Chest-to-Bar. You chest must touch the bar on EACH REP. The load for the Thrusters is 65 lbs. (women) and 100 lbs. (men).
