As many rounds in 10 minutes of:
Bar-facing Burpees, 60 reps
120 pound Overhead Squat, 30 reps
Muscle-ups, 10 reps
Trainer's corner: This is the fourth installment from the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Open. Get through as much of it as you can and scale it as least as possible. If you cannot do Muscle-Ups, the substitution is 3 Pull-Ups + 3 Dips = 1 Muscle-Up.
