AMRAP in 10 minutes:
Muscle-Up, 4 reps
KB Swing, 8 reps (53/70 lbs.)
Wall Ball, 12 shots (12/20 lbs.)

Shoot for unbroken reps on each movement. We will post the various scaling options, and substitutions, on the whiteboard.
