Lewis

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

Run 200 meters
53-pound KB Swings, 20 reps UNBROKEN

Trainer's corner: You are going to have to pace the run right to make sure you can keep the kettlebell swings unbroken. You may rest, but you cannot set the bell down. Focus on correct breathing during the swings.
