Paralette Push-Ups, 10 reps
Butterfly Sit-Ups, 15 reps
Double Unders, 20 reps
-Rest 1 minute between rounds
Trainer's corner: You are aiming to complete each interval in less than 1:30. Total workout should be completed under 15:00. Scaling options and substitutions will be posted on the whiteboard.
