A. Hang Clean - build to a tough single (L1)
Clean & Jerk - build to a tough single (L2)
B. Bench Press - 3, 2, 2, 1; rest 3 minutes
C. Weighted Walking Lunges - 10 tough reps x 3; rest 2 minutes
-Use a barbell or dumbbells and go heavy
