Workout of the Day:
"Jeremy"
21, 15, 9 reps for time:

Overhead Squat (OHS), 65/95 lbs.
Burpees

Trainer's corner: Use a load for the OHS that allows you to go into a full squat position, even if it is PVC or just the bar. Make your money on the Burpees.
