Rachel T. - Tuck jumps

Workout of the Day:
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Snatch High Pull, 90% x 2

Trainer's corner: Warm-up to 90% of your 1RM Snatch. Start the time and perform 2 reps of a Snatch High Pull. Rest the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 10 rounds.
