Amanda - CF Open 11.1

Workout of the Day:
5 rounds for time:

Ring Dips, 5 reps
Pull-Ups, 10 reps
Sit-Ups, 15 reps
Squats, 20 reps
- Rest 2 minutes between each round.
- 1 Broken Set = 3 Burpees (payable starting 2 minutes after the workout)

Trainer's corner: Sub bodyweight dips, or parallette dips, for ring dips. Sub ring rows, or banded pull-ups, for regular pull-ups. Aim for doing each movement unbroken so as to minimize the amount of Burpees you'll owe at the end of the workout.
