Russ - Double Under practice....mid-workout!

5 rounds for time:

30 Double Unders
Bodyweight Bench Press, 10 reps
-Rest 1 minute between rounds

Trainer's corner: The sub for Double Unders is singles at a 4:1 ratio (120 reps). If you cannot do your bodyweight for the Bench Press, than use 65-70% of your known 1RM. If you weight more than 225 pounds, than use 225 pounds.
