Back Squat, 1-1-1
Shoulder Press, 1-1-1
Deadlift, 1-1-1
Trainer's corner: Take the best attempt from each lift and add the three numbers together to get a "total". For many of you this will be the first time doing this event, so start you first attempt at about 70-75% of your known 1RM for that particular lift. Resist the urge to start too close to your 1RM.
