7 rounds AFAP:
Heavy Front Squat (+90%), 3 reps
Toes-to-Bar, 6 reps
-rest 45 seconds between rounds
Trainer's corner: If you are having difficulty with the front rack position for the Front Squat, you will be doing Frankenstein Squats. You can sub Hanging Knee Raises, Knees-to-Elbows, or Hanging Leg Raises for Toes-to-Bar if you can sufficiently perform them.
