A1. Back Squat - 65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x 5-8 reps (not to failure)
then
As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
Pull-Ups, 5 reps
Box Jumps, 10 reps (16/20 inches)
-rest 5 minutes-

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
GH Raises, 5 reps
GHD Sit-Ups, 10 reps
-rest 5 minutes-
+
As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
Row, 5 calories (Damper setting #5)
Wall Ball, 14/20 pounds
