Row 250 meters

AMRAP Chin-Ups
Run 200 meters
B. Max L-Sit, or FLR, holds x 5, rest as needed between sets
Level 2:
A. Snatch - 2-2-2-2-2, rest 3 minutes
B. Front Squat - 3 x 3, rest 2 minutes
C. 15 Chin-Ups x 4, rest 1 minute
-If you cannot do 15 reps, do AMRAP
