Steve - Bossin' down the "bulldog" (32 Kg KB)
All Levels:
A. Deadlift - 3 x 2 (add 10-15 lbs. to 08/19)
B. 5 rounds:
5 tough Thrusters (Barbell or DBs)
10 Burpees AFAP
Row 25 sec. @ 95%
-Active rest for 6 minutes
