As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
135 lbs. Power Clean, 3 reps
Push-Up, 6 reps
24" Box Jump, 9 reps
- Rest 1 minute. Repeat for 5 total cycles.
Trainer's corner: If you are not proficient with barbell Power Cleans, you will be using dumbbells instead. You should be getting 3-5 rounds per 3-minute interval, so adjust/scale appropriately. You want to move fast and fluid!
