Steve & Emily - DB Step-Ups
A
. Deadlift- 70% x 3, 80% x 3, 90% x 3-5 reps; rest 2 minutes
B
. Handstand Push-Up practice - max reps x 3; rest 2 minutes
C
. DB Step-Ups - 8 x 3 (each leg); rest 2 minutes
D
. Pull-Up practice - max reps x 3; rest 2 minutes
No kipping!!!
