Steve & Emily - DB Step-Ups

A. Deadlift- 70% x 3, 80% x 3, 90% x 3-5 reps; rest 2 minutes
B. Handstand Push-Up practice - max reps x 3; rest 2 minutes
C. DB Step-Ups - 8 x 3 (each leg); rest 2 minutes
D. Pull-Up practice - max reps x 3; rest 2 minutes No kipping!!!
