Jenny & Beth - Gettin' after their Pull-Ups

A. Back Squat - 75% x 3, 85% x 3, 95% x 3-6 reps (not to failure)
-rest 5 minutes, then:

3 rounds for time @ 97%:
KB Swing, 20 reps (53/70 lbs.)
Burpees, 20 reps

-rest 5 minutes, then:

For time @ 97%:
Run 400m
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, 30 reps
Run 400m
