Level 1:
A. Bench Press - 5-3-1 (increase load each set)
B. 20 rounds for time:
10 Push-Ups
10 Walking Lunges
10 Sit-ups
10 Squats

Level 2:
For time:
21 KB Snatch (R+L)
21 Pistols (R+L)
21 HSPUs
- rest 90 sec.
15 KB Snatch (R+L)
15 Pistols (R+L)
15 HSPUs
-rest 90 sec.
9 KB Snatch (R+L)
9 Pistols (R+L)
9 HSPUs

*Load = 53/70 lbs.
*HSPU = as challenging as possible
